We-be Jukebox Terms

We-be Jukebox is provided as a listening app for We-Be Radio, We-Be music discovery, and eligible purchased songs as those features become available. You agree to use the app only for lawful personal listening and in a way that does not interfere with We-Be services or other users.

We-be Jukebox is planned as a free app supported by ads or sponsored messages. Ads may appear before, during, after, or around listening sessions. We may change ad formats, frequency, availability, or sponsorship features over time.

Jukebox Premium is planned as a one-time $9.99 upgrade that removes ads from the Jukebox listening experience. It is not described as a subscription. Premium access may require account sign-in, receipt validation, purchase records, or other entitlement checks.

The premium upgrade removes ads from We-be Jukebox, but it does not guarantee that every song, station, artist, provider, or future paid feature will always be available.

Music availability may depend on artist permissions, We-Be purchase records, licensing terms, account status, territory, device compatibility, and technical availability. Access to a song or station may change if rights or service conditions change.

Some Jukebox features may require signing in with a We-Be account. If purchased-song playback or Jukebox Premium is available, access will be tied to eligible purchases and account records. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

The Jukebox is for listening through approved We-Be player experiences. You may not copy, scrape, bypass access controls, redistribute, sell, or make unauthorized recordings of music or app content.

We may update, pause, remove, or change Jukebox features as we build the app, connect providers, improve the service, or comply with legal and rights requirements.

We-be Jukebox is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kat 'n Marlin Enterprises LLC and We-Be Friends will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of We-be Jukebox.
