The one-time Full Jukebox upgrade adds outside-library imports, playlists, and broader personal-library tools. The app has no ads.
Do I need Jukebox to play my purchase?
No. Your downloaded music file can be played directly or added to almost any compatible music-player app. We-be Jukebox is an optional convenience, not a requirement attached to your music purchase.
I cannot access purchased songs
Purchased-song access will depend on We-Be account sign-in and purchase records. If you are signed in and a purchased song is missing once the player is active, contact support with the song title and purchase email.
Basic player or Full Jukebox
The basic player syncs eligible We-Be purchases for free. Full Jukebox is a one-time upgrade for importing music from outside We-Be, creating playlists, and using expanded library tools. Neither version has ads.
Audio playback issues
If playback fails once the player is active, check your device volume, browser permissions, network connection, and whether another app is controlling audio output.
